Towels and tea towels are included in the price, as well as the final cleaning.
In the apartments “Natura”, “Panorama” and “Family” there is the possibility to use the couch – Surcharge per day:

- Children from 4 – 14 years 10 €
- Adults 15 €
Surcharge dog: 20 € per day.

Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass – the free guest card
If you stay at the Örtlhof, you will receive the guest card “Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass” free of charge. With the guest card you are mobile and discover the holiday region Alpe di Siusi and South Tyrol by bus and train. The following services are included:
- shuttle bus services of the Seiser Alm holiday area (except bus routes 10, 11 and 12)
- regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido
- bus services throughout the province (town, suburban and city buses)
- the Renon, Colle, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano cable cars
- the narrow track Renon railway and the Mendola cable railway
- a return trip between Malles and Müstair on a Swiss Postbus service
- discount on Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Seiser Alm Card Gold (discount: 3 in 7 or 7 days = 2,00 €; 14 days = 4,00 €)
Cancellation
We are already looking forward to your visit. Until 3 months before arrival, you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price.
However, if it is not possible to start your trip, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can look forward to your holiday unclouded and reserve your apartment with certainty without worries!

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.

Local tax
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol.
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
As of 01.01.2024, we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 2,50 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.
